Tai yra visos mūsų bendruomenės švente. Išskirtinės ir pilietiškos bendruomenės, kuri savo idėjomis, darbais bei pasiekimais garsina savo kraštą ir žmones, kurią bendri tikslai suvienija prasmingiems ir gražiems darbams.
Šia proga nuoširdžiai sveikiname savivaldybės tarybos narius, administracijos darbuotojus, seniūnaičius, bendruomenių aktyvistus bei visus visaginiečius ir linkime būti atsakingais bei sažiningais bendruomenes nariais, nes kiekvienas iš mūsų prisidedame kurdami Visagino gerove.

Neužmirštas pradininkas — Genadijus Maksimovičius Sereda
Genadijus Maksimovičius Sereda (1935 03 27 — 1991 11 09) buvo pirmasis Vakarų statybos valdymo vadovas, kuris vadovavo Ignalinos atominės elektrinės ir miesto Snečkaus (dabar Visaginas) statybai.
Genadijus Maksimovičius gimė Orlovkos kaime, Čulimskio rajone, Novosibirsko srityje. 1958 metais baigė Kemerovo kalnakasybos institutą ir gavo kasybos inžinieriaus specialybę.
Jis pradėjo dirbti Vidutinio mašinų statybos ministerijoje nuo 1960 metų. Jo puiki inžinerinė parengti, išskirtiniai organizaciniai gebėjimai ir gebėjimas dirbti su žmonėmis nulėmė jo greitą karjeros kilimą.
Darbas Ignalinos AE statyboje
Ignalinos AE statybvietėje G. M. Sereda pradėjo dirbti 1974 metų rugpjūtį kaip Šiaurės statybos valdymo pavaduotojas. Nuo 1975 metų lapkričio 1 dienos jis buvo paskirtas Vakarų statybos valdymo vadovu.
Prieš atvykdamas į Ignaliną, Sereda dirbo įvairiais statybos pareigybėse: meistru, prievaizdu, statybos dalies vadovu, gelžbetoninio gaminio cechos vadovu ir kitose pozicijose.
Genadijus Maksimovičius buvo toliaregis statybininkas. Jis suprato, kad reikia vienu metu kurti elektrinę ir miestą, kelius, inžinerinę infrastruktūrą ir statybos pramonės bazę.
Miesto statyba
1975 metų rugpjūtį buvo padėtas pirmojo namo pamatas. Jau 1977 metais buvo apgyvendinti pirmieji gyventojai. Tuo pačiu metu buvo atidaryti parduotuvė, taupomoji kasa, paštas, telegrafas ir valgykla.
Sereda rūpinosi statybininkų buitimi ir gyvenimo sąlygomis. Jis manė, kad pirmiausia reikia sukurti žmonėms normalias gyvenimo sąlygas.
Aplinkos apsauga
Genadijus Maksimovičius ypatingą dėmesį skyrė aplinkos apsaugai. Statybos metu nebuvo nukirsta nė vienas nereikalingas medis. Jis kartu su pirmuoju IAEA direktoriumi Konstantinu Ignacevičiumi Zacharovu vėlyvais vakarais po 12-14 valandų darbo dienos apvijinėdavo medžius virvėmis, kad jie nebūtų pažeisti.
Prie statyboje esančio Snečkaus miesto įvažiavimo buvo didelis plakatas su žodžiais: "Ne kiekvienam dota taip dosniai gyventi — miesto žmonėms dovanoti".
Vėlesnis darbas
1981 metų gegužėje Genadijus Maksimovičius buvo perkeltas į Geltonųjų vandenų statybos valdymą. Jis buvo vienas iš pirmųjų, kurie atvyko gelbėti Černobylio AE avariją. Nuo 1986 iki 1991 metų jis vadovavo Pietų Uralo statybos valdymui Ozerske.
Genadijus Maksimovičius mirė 1991 metų lapkričio 9 dieną. Jam buvo tik 56 metai.

With your support, LLRA-KŠS continues to steadfastly protect the traditional family, Christian values, and pursue social justice, adhering to the principles of honest politics.
Your votes allowed our team in the Seimas to achieve free medicines for pensioners, benefits for large families, and increased child allowances.
Thanks to our participation in forming the Lithuanian government and the efforts of our ministers Rita Tamošūnienė and Jaroslav Narkevičius, long-standing problems in Visaginas are being solved.

Dear residents!
Today I address not only Visagino residents, but also residents of Zarasai, Dūkštas, Rimšė and Kaniūkai — all those who will come to the polls on October 11.
Many have not yet decided who to vote for. Many are thinking about how not to make a mistake: to choose not a populist making loud promises, but a person who will truly always be on their side.
If you elect me to parliament, you will understand what a Seimas member should be like. A deputy is not a privileged person, and people should not go to him — he should go to the people.
I have spent my entire life in politics. During my years as mayor of Dūkštas, vice-mayor and mayor of Visaginas, I have thoroughly delved into various fields of activity. I know our potential, our strengths and weaknesses.
Our region and its people are always in my heart. You are the most important thing in my life!
If you believe in me, vote for me in single-mandate electoral districts, and in multi-mandate electoral districts — for party No. 2 ("Laisvė ir teisingumas"), my No. 12.

Dear Visaginas residents,
I consider it my duty to write this letter in the hope that it will reach your hearts and help a wonderful person — Algimantus Dumbrava — in the elections.
I have been working with Algimantus for many years and see how he knows how to sympathize with each Visaginas resident who finds themselves in a difficult life situation.
Algimantus always calls Visaginas OUR city. He is always interested in our lives and is aware of all Visaginas problems. He has done a great deal for both our entire city and many of its residents.
People often come to A. Dumbrava with the words: "You are our last hope."
I believe that such people, who are capable of compassion for others' suffering, who know firsthand what problems ordinary people face, should definitely be people's representatives and continue to help people.
Therefore, I vote for Algimantus Dumbrava and urge you to do the same!

It is important not only to know problems, but also to be able to solve them.
Respect for the freedoms and rights of a person driven by the desire to work and create, clear regional policy, and existing problems — a colossal gap between large cities and regions, ineffective employment policy, the absence or partial absence of monitoring the implementation of laws in the regions of the country, a sense of superiority of officials, inactivity, disregard for people — these are the main provisions that prompted me to run for the Seimas.
I know about the problems of Visaginas residents, the difficulties in the field of entrepreneurship and their causes. Knowledge and experience in management activities, the ability to work in a team — these are my strengths.
I can really help the business community, local government, and most importantly — the people who live here and create the future.
I urge everyone to actively participate in the elections, support my candidacy and the Liberal Movement. List No. 12!

Dear Visaginas residents, friends!
For those who don't know me: I, Natalia Tomša, have been a member of the City Council for the last year and a half. I work on the local economy committee and on the anti-corruption commission.
Visaginas is the city of my childhood. I grew up here, went to the first school, live and work here. Every house, every street is dear to me.
Unfortunately, the politicians we elected earlier tell us more about the good life than they do. That's why I decided to run for the Seimas.
I have higher education and the ability to learn, which was given to me by Vilnius State University. Entrepreneurial experience and work in the Visaginas Council taught me to make balanced decisions in difficult circumstances.
But most importantly — my life experience allows me to understand, as a woman who has a family and two children, what is really important for a family.
For me, family values, happiness, comfort and well-being of people have always been in the first place.
Know that by choosing me for the Seimas, you are defending your interests and the happiness of your loved ones.
Please choose party No. 2 and indicate my No. 55 in the rating.
